Coconut coir absorbs several times its own weight in oil and holds far more liquid than clay granules.

Why switch from clay

Clay was the standard. Natural coir does the job better.

Every industry that handles oil, fuel or chemicals must control and clean up spills. Buyers are replacing mineral clay and plastic-based absorbents with natural, biodegradable ones. SpillMaster™ is made for that shift.

How it's made

From coconut husk to export-ready in six steps

A simple, proven process on a lean, semi-automated line turns raw husk into a clean, dry, consistent absorbent.

Step 01

Sourcing

We buy coconut husk and coir pith by-product from local mills and collectors. Working with several suppliers and keeping buffer stock keeps supply steady.

Step 02

Drying

The material is dried to a low, stable moisture level so it absorbs well and does not spoil.

Step 03

Shredding & Sieving

We shred and screen the material to the correct granule size, removing fibre and dust.
